London Acreage land development portal is an economic property engine for the London city and the region.
Since 2001, we started to buy our first property in London, and then we continued to invest in rental properties all in London.

Since October 2017, we started to sell the first plot of land to offer a luxury freehold mixed-use development at a gross value of £7 million in Forest Gate, London. We have also partnered with architects’ firms, surveyors, builders, land developers, property acquisition firms, property managers, foreign exchange consultants, financial advisors, tax accountant, lawyers, and law firms. At that time, the minimum investment for the project was £2 million. After we had been marketing and selling that plot of land for some time, we noticed that the interested buyers who can afford such investment are very limited due to the large number of funds required.

In January 2018, we had a chance to present our first land development opportunity to some people that consists of professional educated property investors and University students in the Hilton Hotel during a property event at West London. It was our pleasure that some students who see us as an expert in the property industry and specifically came to the hotel to meet us for learning purpose. The attendees include Mr. Ryan Quek and his friend who are originally from Malaysia and they were both studying at King’s College London. We also want to thank Mr. Ryan Quek for getting us some very special cakes. The experience was excellent and everybody was very interested in our offer.

Interestingly, we found one thing in common from all the attendees of our property investment presentation. We found that all the property enthusiasts want to invest such a massive project together even though they only have a limited amount of funds available for it. They tried to come up with a way to gather the maximum funds they could arrange between themselves and their families & friends. Most individuals tried to inform us of the maximum funds they could invest in the property development project. After the meeting in the hotel, we have also been requested to run the regular property development webinar for the attendees.

Although one of the attendees who is a businessman wanted to take on the project and fund the entire development at that time, he has then, later on, changed the idea of not taking our land development offer but instead mainly asking our help to head up all the new IT, banking & blockchain innovations/consultancy in the return of owing 50% share of the entire new company by us. We have worked on the plot of the land development project for some time and we indeed saw that as an opportunity to fall back to the IT industry to continue leveraging our 20+ years of IT expertise. We then took the opportunity to immediately offer the new Web Development services for getting ready to help develop the first website of the businessman’s new business offerings. As we then haven’t received any further news from him for months, we simply continued the effort for our own company and tried to finish what we were doing. We’ve come up with our idea for developing an online crowdfunding platform to help the property enthusiasts so they can have an opportunity to invest the large land and property development projects together. In June 2018, we have gone through our own web development and launched our new London Acreage website. We have also taken the opportunity to refresh our company’s strategies and brought up a lot of our own IT products & services through an organised corporate structure to help all our clients at our end :-).

Finally, with a vast amount of IT, property investments & management, and coaching experience we have, we want to provide more insights to our clients and land/property investors.
